Today learn how to prepare spicy and tasty Chicken Curry. You can have it with rice or any Indian bread. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1/2 kg Chicken/ చికెన్ <br />2 Onions chopped/ ఉల్లిపాయ <br />1 Tomato chopped/ టమోటా <br />15 cloves of Garlic/ వెల్లుల్లి లవంగం <br />1/2 Cup Coriander leaves/ కొత్తిమీర <br />1/2 inch Ginger/ అల్లం <br />1/4 tsp Turmeric powder/ పసుపు <br />1 tsp Kitchen King Masala/ కిచన్ కింగ్ మసాలా <br />1 tsp Garam Masala/ గరం మసాలా <br />1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder/ కష్మిరి ఎర్ర కారం పొడి <br />1 tbsp Mix Masala/ మిక్స్ మసాలా <br />Salt to Taste/ ఉప్పు <br />3-4 tbsp Oil/ నూనె <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed onion, tomato, ginger & garlic. Stir well. <br />- Add mix masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder, kitchen king masala, turmeric powder, garam masala & coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well. Add salt to taste and again mix well. <br />- Add chicken pieces to the gravy and mix well for 2-3 mins. <br />- Add about a cup of water to the gravy, cover it with a lid and let it cook on a high flame for 10 mins. <br />- Garnish the Indian style Chicken Curry with coriander leaves and serve hot.
